Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills looking for a great opportunity? Join our client’s growing team as a 2nd Shift Call Center Agent ! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support during the evening shift, assisting callers with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

This would be working 100% onsite, in Schaumburg, IL. The schedule would be from 3pm-9pm.

2 nd Shift Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and offering solutions
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as needed
• Stay up to date with product and service knowledge
• Meet or exceed call handling and quality standards

2 nd Shift Call Center Agent Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems 
• Availability to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends if needed
