About the Role

KITSCH is currently looking for a driven, hungry, and high-potential Amazon PPC Manager to join our Amazon Storefront team. This is an Entry-Level to Mid-Level position with a clear path to leadership. You’ll start by learning the ins and outs of Amazon Performance Marketing under direct Mentorship—and evolve into a Key Player overseeing 8-figure annual ad spend and leading a team.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Support the daily management of Amazon ad Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
  • Assist in optimizing Budgets, Bids, and keywords to hit performance targets.
  • Analyze and Report on KPIs, contributing insights to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Learn advanced Campaign structures, optimization tactics, and scaling strategies.
  • Stay on top of Amazon Ads trends and Platform updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and Marketplace teams.
  • Prepare to take on increasing responsibility—including hiring and managing junior analysts as you grow.

  • Experience
    • 1+ year of experience with Amazon Ads, eCommerce Marketing, or Digital Media
  • Required Skills
    • Excel / Google Sheets
    • Excited to dig into Performance Data
    • Deep desire to grow into a high-level Marketing Leader

About the Offer

  • Location: US

  • Competitive Pay: $50.000–$70.000 (Base Salary, depending on experience)
