Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our team in New York, NY on a hybrid basis (onsite 3 days a week). This is a 6-month contract position and candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. As a Model Builder/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards
• Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models and implement enhancements
• Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users
• Stay updated with Anaplan features and identify enhancement opportunities
• Document technical specifications and development processes

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Anaplan, with a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models
• Strong experience with core financial processes related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and challenging requirements constructively
• Experience working in a team environment with minimal supervision

Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Anaplan model building
