• Call Ratio: Shared call with 3 CRNAs
• Call Response Time: Must start surgery within 30 minutes of callback
• Callback Rate: Approximately 250 cases per month (150 surgeries + 100 endoscopy)

• Patient Demographics: Mixed population, including general and specialized cases
• Patient Volume/Census: 12-15 patients per day per anesthesiologist, 8 admissions/day, 6 admissions/night

• Case Mix: General surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, pain management, OB/GYN, dental pediatrics

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active NC license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Proficiency in diverse surgical cases and ICU intubations
• Other Qualifications: Must be able to respond to surgical cases within 30 minutes
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services for both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Serve as a backup for ICU and ER for difficult intubations and spinal procedures
• Collaborate with CRNAs for shared epidural call coverage
• Participate in surgical cases in two main ORs, an Endo suite with three rooms, and a C-section OR
