We are looking for Assemblers to support their team.

Assembler 1

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | 6AM-2PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures
• Develop technical knowledge and proficiency in assembly operations
• Operate equipment safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and efficiency
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and be open to feedback for improvement
• Support various assembly areas as needed to meet production demands
• Perform rework and quality inspections as required
• Assist with training new team members when needed
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or walking on concrete for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team environment
