The Onion Treen Pizza Co is hiring a full time Assistant Manager/ Lead Bartender. We are looking for an experienced bartender who is a people person, loves food, and enjoys people. Someone who sees themselves in a leadership role, takes responsibility. knows how to delegate and handle tasks and issues.

As a Assistant Manager, You will be responsible to leading our staff to create and enjoyable service experience for our guests, as well as handling any FOH prep, delegating side work, maintaining cleanliness and overall upkeep of the Restaurant.

As a bartender at The Onion Tree, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests. You will be serving our delicious cocktails, wine, and beer while engaging with guests and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous bartending and management experience, be knowledgeable about various spirits, wines, and beers, and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
