Job Description



The Assistant Technical Manager is responsible for the administrative support for the region regarding administrative assistance of the customer service and the technical department. This position reports to the Regional Manager.

 

The responsibilities include:

  • Answer telephone calls and provide technical sales information to contractors, architects, engineers, consultants and owners
  • Set-up and maintain project specific files, and locate information from files as needed
  • Handle general and technical correspondence relating to specific projects
  • Job site visits and field investigations as necessary

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Some knowledge of roofing or construction experience is desired
  • Professional Aptitude with good problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate (Windows Applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes email)
