About the Convention Center:
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Convention Center is a premier event destination hosting conferences, weddings, banquets, and large-scale gatherings. With stunning views and top-tier service, we provide guests with memorable moments from start to finish.

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our events team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences

  • Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable service

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area during events

  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management

  • Comply with all safety and responsible alcohol service policies

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events

  • Work closely with banquet and event staff to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Responsible alcohol service certification (TIPS or equivalent) preferred
