Willow Tree Care Center, Delta, Colorado Business Office/Assistant Admissions Coordinator Skilled Nursing Community $25 - $27 Hr This position has a heavy emphasis on maximizing cash flow through efficient billing and collections processes. Responsible for keeping accurate financial records for the community, administering the community’s benefits program

• Knowledge of Skilled Medical compliance requirements.
• Experience in business office & accounting procedures.

Responsible for processing all monthly resident billing in a timely and accurate manner. This may include processing problem accounts. Making collection calls, as necessary. Receiving cash receipts, deposits and recording all revenue transactions received by the community. Assisting with month-end closing of A/P and A/R on a timely basis. Admission Assisting in planning and coordinating admission to the facility, seeks and/or receives inquires and documents information for potential residents to be admitted.

• Previous experience in the health care
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
