Here's an exciting opportunity for a Business Office Manager who will be responsible to help streamline office operations, manage accounts receivable, payroll, and other key tasks. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all office operations, ensuring efficient workflow
Manage and deliver project documentation, including certifications, contracts, permits, and reports
Implement office procedures to enhance productivity and organization
Manage the document management system for continued efficient storage, retrieval, and disposal of project records and other correspondence
Handle customer and vendor inquiries
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Facilitate communication between construction office and customers, suppliers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
Manage the on-boarding process with new hires and daily HR component of the business
Support the external accountant, liaison between internal and external consultants
Gradually take on accounts receivable tasks, invoicing, payment tracking, and addressing payment issues
Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions, collaborate with the team, and work closely with the owner
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have experience in Administrative, Business Management, or Office Management fields; Managerial experience is a plus
Must be familiar with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures
Must have the ability to perform well under pressure while adapting to changing priorities
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, time-management, and leadership ability
Must be proactive and able to work independently and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
Must be able to comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Must have the ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
