Job Description

RiverLodge Assisted Living is looking for a Business Office Manager to lead daily office functions with efficiency and professionalism. From handling billing questions to greeting guests with a smile, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day office tasks including billing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and admissions paperwork * Maintain accurate resident and employee records * Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism * Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately * Field questions from the public, residents, and families * Support HR tasks like onboarding and employee file maintenance * Assist the Administrator and leadership team with administrative needs * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies What We’re Looking For: * Experience in a business office preferred * Strong skills in Microsoft Word/Excel and electronic health records (PCC is a plus) * Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality * High school diploma or equivalent required Why RiverLodge?At RiverLodge, we foster a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can make a real impact.
