Job Description:

We are looking for a Capability Deployment Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and sustainment of B2B partner capabilities for a major enterprise. This is a long-term opportunity suited for professionals with strong experience in program delivery, systems integration, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end capability deployment across B2B partners
• Drive program planning, execution, delivery, and sustainment activities
• Coordinate across technical, business, and vendor teams for system/tool implementations
• Oversee integrations involving ERP, workflow, data, and process systems
• Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans proactively
• Communicate program status and updates effectively with all stakeholders
• Champion change management and ensure adoption across teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience leading large-scale capability or program deployments
• In-depth knowledge of B2B/B2C processes and supply chain functions
• Hands-on experience with tools such as: Oracle R12 ERP, PEGA, TOAD, JIRA, E2open, XML, SQL, Postman, SharePoint
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing technical integrations, vendors, and project risks

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of EDI ANSI codes and RosettaNet PIPs
• Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, FileZilla, and Smartsheet
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
