Job Description

Previous experience in a boarding school environment is helpful but not required.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Teaching four sections of Science (Chemistry plus at least one elective or advanced course offering, which may consist of Biochemistry, Anatomy, or other specialized topics); 
• Leading two seasons of athletics/afternoon activities may include:
• Nordic Skiing, Snowboarding, Alpine Skiing, Crew, Lacrosse, Dance, Soccer
• Collaborating with the science department and other colleagues to create a dynamic student-centered curriculum
• Co-lead a January Term course
• Participation in residential life and advising

There is also an opportunity in this position to develop interdisciplinary courses and to apply to serve as Department Chair.
