Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (AI Driven Mental Health Care Startup)– Job Description

Location:   Remote / USA (HQ)

Compensation:   This role is   unpaid until Our Client secures funding.   Upon funding, compensation will be structured based on market standards and company growth.

Role Overview:

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at our Client Startup will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, marketing, and revenue generation. This role combines business development, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies to position the company as a leader in the AI-driven mental health space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute the company’s   growth strategy , aligning business and marketing goals.
  • Identify and establish   strategic partnerships   with healthcare providers, corporate wellness programs, and AI industry leaders.
  • Drive revenue generation through   B2B collaborations, SaaS models, and other monetization strategies .
  • Work closely with investors and stakeholders to ensure business expansion aligns with market needs.

2. Marketing & Brand Positioning:

  • Oversee   brand strategy, digital marketing, and PR efforts   to position Our Client Startup as a thought leader in AI-driven mental health solutions.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, including   SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing .
  • Work with product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with user needs and business goals.

3. Customer & Market Insights:

  • Conduct market research to understand   customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning .
  • Leverage   data analytics   to drive marketing campaigns and optimize customer conversion rates.
  • Ensure the company delivers a   seamless customer experience   across all platforms.

4. Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Build and lead a team of   marketing, sales, and business development professionals .
  • Collaborate with the   CTO, psychologists, and product teams   to align growth strategies with product development.
  • Represent the company in   conferences, investor meetings, and industry panels .

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in   business growth, marketing, or related roles   in tech, AI, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record in   scaling startups, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth .
  • Expertise in   digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition .
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret   market trends, user data, and business performance .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation & Future Growth:

  • This role is currently   unpaid until Our Client Startup secures funding .
  • Once funding is secured, the compensation structure will be adjusted to market standards, including   S alary, ESOPS, and performance-based incentives .
