We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team and help ensure that every client interaction is seamless, and every event is executed flawlessly.

 

As a Client Service Associate , you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to both clients and event attendees. You will build strong relationships, address inquiries, and ensure smooth event execution, directly contributing to the success of our events and the overall satisfaction of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering timely, accurate, and professional information.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Provide on-site assistance to event attendees, addressing questions about event details, registration, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve client or attendee concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the event coordination and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution, from planning to post-event follow-up.
  • Keep clients and attendees informed of event changes, important details, and necessary adjustments through multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
