Compensation & Benefits:

1. Compensation : $15.00-$21.00/hour based on experience
2. Pay In Lieu of Benefits Option: $2.50 additional per hour

Available Shifts:

1. Nights : 8-hour shifts 10p-6a

About the Role: Venza Care is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our new location in Huntsville. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
2. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting significant changes to the supervising nurse
4. Participate in community activities and events to enhance the patient experience
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications:

1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
