MAbout The Rol eThe Construction Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects. This role requires handling sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are seeking candidates who are eager to grow into construction management careers, such as Superintendent, Safety Officer, or Quality Control Manager
.Essential Function - s Work onsite full-time at construction project locations (JBLM)
- . Provide general administrative and clerical support to construction project teams
- . Draft, edit, and format correspondence and project-related documents
- . Maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure proper document management
- . Perform accurate and timely data entry for project activities
- . Coordinate with clients' administrative staff to support effective project communication
- . Order, track, and maintain office supplies as needed to support the project site
- . Assist with special projects, meetings, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
- . Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all duties
.Qualification - s High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- . Strong interest in construction management, field operations, safety, or quality control
- . Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- . Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- . Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday during daytime hours
- . Ability to pass background checks required to work on military bases
- . Previous experience or education in construction or a related field is a plus but not required
