Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
+ Assist the Contracting Manager and Director in the preparation of contract documents.
+ Conduct reports and analyses.
+ Secure signatures from all relevant parties, including the Provider, Director, and Management.
+ Dispatch executed agreements to the Provider.
+ Provide detailed contract information (e.g., reimbursement page) to appropriate departments, including Directory Support and Provider Portal Analyst.
+ Establish and manage the tracking of contracts through each stage of the contract process.
+ Oversee all elements and files related to contracts.
+ Negotiate and track Letters of Agreement within cost targets.
+ Ensure provider contract files are complete and up-to-date.
+ Support the credentialing process as needed.
+ Inform key internal departments of new contract terms, such as CAP and FFS rates.
+ Research, draft, and prepare prospective, concurrent, and retrospective member-specific Letters of Agreement (LOA).
+ Research, draft, and prepare prospective, concurrent, and retrospective contractual amendments and agreements as required.
+ Open and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Author, design, and distribute correspondences, memos, reports, etc.
+ Manage documents and databases, including establishing, developing, maintaining, and updating various filing systems and databases. Perform data entry, scan documents, and prepare summary documents.
+ Maintain confidential and proprietary sensitive information and files.
+ Utilize pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a wide range of problems and issues within the network.
+ Coordinate, schedule, and prepare for monthly meetings with Medical Directors to evaluate providers interested in joining respective HMO networks.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
