**Internship Overview:**
The Culinary and Hospitality Internship Program is a paid opportunity designed for culinary and hospitality students. You will work closely with experienced mentors and gain insight into the operations of a leading food service and hospitality organization. **What You'll Do as a Culinary Intern:**
- Prepare menu items across various kitchen stations, including pizza/pasta, deli, salad bar, grill, and international cuisine.
- Engage with guests and customize plates to meet their dietary needs.
- Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
- Adhere to high customer service standards and safety protocols.
- Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
- Build professional relationships and enhance your interpersonal skills.
**What You'll Do as a Hospitality Intern:**
- Rotate through front-of-house roles, including café, catering, and coffee shop.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
- Support catering events by setting up and managing buffet stations.
- Assist with marketing tasks, such as signage and seasonal decorations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
