Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Desired Experience:

1-2 years of customer service or data entry experience.
Experience working remotely from home is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $20 - $35 per hour (AUD)
Contract-based position with flexible work hours.
