**Customer Service/Call Center Specialist | $20/hr | Pasadena, CA | 6-Month Temp Assignment**

Kelly Services is looking for a **bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service/Call Center Specialist** to join a **fast-paced, high-energy team** in **Pasadena, CA** . This is a fantastic **6-month temporary assignment** for someone with solid call center or customer service experience who's ready to level up their career.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage a high volume of **inbound calls and emails** -be the friendly voice customers trust
+ Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally, leaving every caller with a smile
+ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the database
+ Partner with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
+ Handle light admin work (filing, photocopying, stuffing envelopes)
+ Respond to all inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
**What You Bring:**
+ **1+ year** of call center or customer service experience
+ **Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED**
+ Comfortable typing **35+ WPM**
+ Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite**
+ Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
+ Ability to pass a background screen upon offer
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour
