Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic case management to clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure high-quality clinical care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide a minimum of 25 individual and group therapy sessions per week.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Offer crisis intervention and coordinate psychiatric and medical care as needed.
Deliver a full range of clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Participate in pre-admission screenings to assess client eligibility for services.
Regularly review and update treatment plans to reflect client progress and evolving needs.
Identify and coordinate internal and external resources to support client recovery.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards by reviewing medical records.
Act as a liaison with external organizations to enhance client support services.
Attend mandatory meetings, including supervision, clinical team meetings, and professional development training.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active licensure as an LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LPC.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, substance use treatment, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment, addiction therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
Background in psychiatry, psychology, and psychopharmacology preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to conduct therapy, assess client needs, and document services.
Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate empathy, respect, and professionalism.
Familiarity with medical terminology, pharmacology principles, and public health education.
Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
