Dental Appointment Coordinator

The Position:

The Appointment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the daily schedule and supporting the dental team in meeting production goals. This role ensures efficient appointment scheduling, optimal provider productivity, and a seamless patient experience from first contact to check-out.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25.00+ Per Hour (Based on Experience)
• 2 Weeks of PTO to Start
• 401k with 3% Match

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare scheduling role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.)
• Customer service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments according to the practice’s Value-Based Scheduling Template
• Manage cancellations, no-shows, and appointment confirmations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized
• Track and report Daily Productive Outcome (DPO) metrics
• Support the Treatment Coordinator and other team members as needed
