JOB SUMMARY

This role in the Parts and Oil category will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of Polaris service parts and oil across various online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful digital campaigns that align with the overall category strategy and business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketplace: Oversee and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) to maximize visibility and sales.

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue on Polaris's own e-commerce platform.

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.

  • Content Development: Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email newsletters.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI). Provide regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.

  • SEO and SEM: Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the Polaris website.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through digital channels.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the service parts and oil segments.

  • Leadership : Manage agency interactions, schedules, budgets and production materials

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive, heavy equipment or powersports industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Experience with marketplace management and e-commerce platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard office environment; hybrid. Plymouth, MN location

The pay range for Minnesota is $67,000 to $83,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
