Description We are looking for an administrative professional with a background in business licensing to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing, organizing, and maintaining essential documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. If you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment within the education industry, this position could be a great fit for you. Responsibilities: - Organize, scan, and manage large volumes of documentation to ensure proper storage and accessibility. - Verify and track business licenses to maintain compliance with regulations. - Compile and update documentation in line with organizational standards and requirements. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents and records. - Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and address inquiries. - Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and track document-related information. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline document control processes. - Maintain a secure and efficient filing system for both physical and digital records. - Review documentation for errors or discrepancies and implement corrections as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in document control or a related administrative role. - Proficiency in document scanning and organizing systems. - Familiarity with tracking and verifying business licenses. - Strong skills in compiling and managing documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. - Excellent communication skills for client interactions. - High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
