Job Description
Our client, a successful law firm, is seeking an eDiscovery and Practice Support Consultant to manage electronic litigation projects and provide trial support as needed. This hybrid role requires one day a week in the office in their Denver location. The position requires experience in litigation support, eDiscovery project management, and Relativity, along with strong technical and communication skills. Responsibilities include advising on best practices, managing data processing, troubleshooting, and providing end-user training. Preferred qualifications include law firm experience, RCA certification, and project management credentials. The role also involves administrative tasks such as vendor management and process improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree needed
- Experience in eDiscovery project management, litigation support, or consulting
- Hands-on experience managing workflows and data within Relativity
- Familiarity with Relativity Processing and two years of experience processing data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools like iManage
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal teams and external partners
PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS- Experience in a law firm environment is advantageous
- Holding a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) credential is a plus
- Background in advanced data analytics is preferred
- Project management certification such as PMP is desirable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Litigation Support (90%)- Oversee eDiscovery and litigation support tasks while working closely with attorneys and various stakeholders
- Guide teams on best practices in eDiscovery and litigation support
- Utilize platforms like Relativity, TrialDirector, and Opus2 to handle and process data
- Provide strategic advice on optimal methods for data collection
- Analyze and troubleshoot data sets to resolve issues or meet objectives
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on litigation support tools
General & Administrative (10%)- Keep project management systems updated as required
- Oversee vendor relationships and provide insight to legal teams regarding service quality and timelines
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts and related initiatives
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed

Expected salary for this role is up to $115,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
