Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Position Summary: This position is in the Litigation Service Division in Tallahassee. The eDiscovery Operations Analyst reports directly to the eDiscovery Systems Administrator and will be responsible for technical assistance, troubleshooting and administrative support of eDiscovery operations intake, production, and closeout. This position will assist with day-to-day eDiscovery interactions, dealing with customers, software, hardware, and other related duties.
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate should possess the following skills:
• Literate with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
• Able to work independently on a team and under pressure.
• Main phone/receiving desk coverage.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Literate with various Internet browsers including Firefox, Chrome, and Safari
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Meet deadlines on a daily basis.
Desired Skills but not required:
• Preference will be given to candidates who possess strong computer science experience with data mining.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
