Key Responsibilities:? Responsible for a variety of assembly operations based upon the product, processes, qualifications, and management's needs. The assembly processes to be performed typically include: Regular use of 10X microscope Solder assembly with soldering iron. Solder reflow on hotplate Cleaning Coil winding Shield and strap cutting Electronics tuning Epoxy staking and potting Seam welding Leak testing Miscellaneous assembly operations What We're Looking For: Status: Applicant must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Legal Resident Must be detail oriented, organized, punctual, have patience to work with very small parts using a microscope (mandatory) and able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. Good attitude and willing to learn new things every day. English reading and speaking proficiency required. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Working Conditions: Ability to lift 2550 lbs. of test equipment with assistance. Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with supervisors.
