At Illumination Rising, Inc , we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and train for an Entry Level Manager  position. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive key services and sales industries while developing leadership and customer-facing sales skills on site with our partnered retailers.

Location: Everett, WA
(also serving Lake Stevens, Marysville, Lynnwood and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and key fobs
• Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to car keys and fobs
• Acquire skills in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship management
• Accurately record client information in the company portal
• Manage small teams and learn to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including sales tracking, inventory management, and maintaining production standards

Training Provided with Car Keys Express:

• Comprehensive paid training, including hands-on experience with car key cutting, programming, and customer service

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check
• Clean driving record (to pass MVR check)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (e.g., getting in/out of cars for key testing and VIN retrieval)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
