We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support the execution of engaging and impactful events for our clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are organized, enthusiastic, and eager to start a career in marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of client events , ensuring all details align with goals and expectations
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns
• Help coordinate event setup and breakdown , manage staffing needs, and ensure smooth on-site execution
• Provide on-the-ground support during events, including guest registration, activity coordination, and real-time problem solving
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, logistics) to ensure seamless event delivery
• Communicate with and manage external vendors to meet timelines and logistical requirements
• Collect and organize post-event feedback to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in preparing event performance reports to support data-driven insights and strategy development

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – training is provided
• Strong interest in event planning, marketing, or brand activation
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Team-oriented with a collaborative, can-do attitude
