About the Role: As an Event Coordinator at Style Netbox, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring every event is seamlessly organized, creatively executed, and leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budgets, and expectations.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and scheduling.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses align with financial goals.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and provide solutions to any issues that arise during events.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the planning process.
• Develop and implement post-event evaluation processes to assess success and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) is a plus.
• Creativity and attention to detail to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Flexibility to manage varying schedules and occasional weekend or evening events.
