We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in organizing logistics, maintaining vendor communications, and ensuring the seamless execution of events from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and executing on-site and off-site events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers

  • Prepare event materials and manage inventory

  • Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics

  • Maintain event timelines and ensure adherence to schedules

  • Handle administrative tasks including contracts, permits, and reports

  • Provide excellent client service throughout the planning process

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
