Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leading attorneys in the management of complex family law cases.
* Gain hands-on experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, from letters to pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
* Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters and compelling motions.
* Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication.
* Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidentiary hearings and trials.
* Sharpen your legal acumen with research and memorandum preparation.
Qualifications:
* Active membership in the California bar, in good standing.
* One to five years of family law experience preferred.

* an ability to work collaboratively;
