Job Description

Frontier Ford is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring all financial operations in the dealership are conducted in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Automotive Industry and possess unmatched accounting, financial and customer service skills. Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial and operational information that affect the dealership’s overall performance
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly financial and operational reporting packages
  • Conducting financial field audits
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Reconciling daily bank deposits
  • Developing and implementing dealership financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Managing inventory control policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance and direction to other financial staff
  • Developing accurate financial forecasts
  • Representing the dealership at banking and other financial institutions
  • Communicating financial information to managers, staff, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a top-tier Accounting & Finance department in the automotive industry preferred
  • CPA/MBA credentials preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience with tracking budget expenses
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with financial software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to fluently present complex data to stakeholders
  • Time management skills with the ability to work independently and multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
