Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join a growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience who are passionate about financial modeling and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that drive strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data
• Assist in the development of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a financial analysis, corporate finance, or consulting role
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems is a plus

Preferred Tools & Skills:

• Exposure to FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of GAAP or financial reporting standards
