Role Overview:

Could you be our next Financial Planning and Analysis Intern ? We are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern to join the Globe Life team for Summer 2025!

In this internship role, you will work in a team environment that is high growth, fast moving, and constantly changing. As an FP&A intern, you will gain hands-on experience and work on large team projects throughout the organization with exposure to senior management and mentors while being part of an environment where team members can grow, learn, do their best work, and feel appreciated.

This is an on-site position located in McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do:
  • Perform clerical functions as needed.
  • Object Oriented Programming.
  • Implement/collaborate programming best practices.
  • Learn different areas within the organization.
  • Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects.
  • Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence.

What You Can Bring:
  • Studies: Must have obtained at least junior status in a Bachelor degree program (Finance, Accounting, or Economics) and Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
  • Positive attitude and inquisitive nature
  • Strong communication skills and be comfortable working with executives at all levels due to planning responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift and have the ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • U.S. citizen or legal resident.
