Due to increased demand, we are now searching for qualified, experienced and dedicated freelance Attorney for a full-time role with strong experience in Family Law matters, preferably around Florida.
Types of work will include:
1. Case Management
2. Research
3. Drafting
4. Hearing & deposition coverage as needed, all aspects of family law.

Requirements:
- Must be licensed in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in family law cases
- Strong research and writing skills and trial experience, able to attend hearings and deposition.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Able to attend in-person depositions, hearings and mediation in the Florida area.
