ENCHANTED FOREST WATER SAFARI

Flower & Garden Attendants are responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the garden areas, flower beds & such throughout Enchanted Forest Water Safari, Calypso’s Cove, the Old Forge Camping Resort & the Water’s Edge Inn. This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

  Essential Duties:

• Planting and placement of flowers
• Maintain the aesthetically pleasing appearance of all garden/flower areas including flower beds, landscaping and hanging arrangements.
• Safely drive and maneuver a golf cart with a water tank attached
• Routinely water and prune plants to keep them in good condition
• Assist with projects in the grounds crew department as needed

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Exhibit a friendly, cooperative and professional demeanor
• Must be safety conscious
• Must be well groomed, self-disciplined and willing to comply with uniform guidelines
• Maintains productive and respectful working relationships
• Able to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working alone and as part of a team when needed
• Experience with flowers and gardening preferred
