Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Framing Operations Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a dynamic individual with a strong background in multifamily and single-family construction. As the Framing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the framing team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards in the execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the framing team, ensuring effective coordination and execution of all tasks.
• Oversee the daily operations and progress of framing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure all framing work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
• Monitor project costs and adjust strategies to remain within budget.
• Manage and resolve any issues related to the framing process, addressing any delays or obstacles.
• Assist with the training and development of team members.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, schedules, and any issues that need to be addressed.
• Ensure that all framing activities comply with legal and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily or single-family construction.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role leading a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints (preferred).
• Experience with construction software is a plus.
• Knowledge of framing is preferred but not required.
