The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) at State Fund is looking for Staff Services Analysts (SSA), Fraud Support Analysts, to join their team offering support between the SIU, external law enforcement partners, and internal business units.
Under the direction of the Supervising Special Investigator (SSI I), you will:
• Support the SIU through coordination, collaboration, and facilitation with various law enforcement agencies, external informants/sources, Customer Service Center, and Regional and Corporate programs with analysis and administrative support related to operations, performance and procedures
• Help ensure the timely and accurate direction and response to SIU matters
Success candidates should have the following qualifications:
• Experience working with various Law Enforcement Agencies
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, excellent Excel skills
• Case Management experience
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Good analytical and critical-thinking skills, maintain regular and predictable work attendance, and possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment with other internal and external partners and customers
Candidates must reside in California to be eligible for this appointment.
