Front Desk Clerk at High Volume Wholesale Landscape Nursery Location Houston :

Wholesale Plant Landscape Supplier and Grower currently seeking to hire full time front desk staff!!! Hiring ASAP!!

***Money Handling Experience is Required***

***Spanish/English Bilingual is important!***

We are seeking motivated professionals who would be a great fit for our team! Plenty of room for growth as well as gaining a ton of business experience with some awesome people in an exciting work environment!

Lots of room for growth within the company!

  • Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am to 12:00pm
  • Starting at $15 per hour - Lots of room for growth!
  • Time X 1.5 after 40 hours - 10 hours of overtime weekly at $22.50 per hour

-Seeking someone responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls, processing bill of ladings, transfers, as well as assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by management.

-This position will require the handling of payments on account as well as the receivables in our system. Organization and attention to detail is important.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Front register experience preferred
  • SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL
  • High School diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality problem-solving skills
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from management. Working alongside management closely for efficient business operation.

  • Conduct clerical duties - filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

Must be able to problem solve. Must balance/reconcile daily sales into a report.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
