We believe in the power of compassionate care and play-based learning—and in supporting our therapists to learn, grow, and become leaders in the pediatric therapy field. If you’re looking for a close-knit team dedicated to making a real impact, read on!

Why Join Our Team:

  • Growth-Focused Environment: We invest in your development through mentorship, continuing education, and hands-on training in areas like feeding therapy, sensory integration, and craniosacral therapy.
  • Collaborative & Compassionate: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, and administrative staff) that puts kindness, empathy, and innovation at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Our approach is all about meeting kids where they are—making sessions fun, comfortable, and empowering for them and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate occupational therapy interventions for children 0–12, including sensory processing, feeding, oral-motor, and fine-motor skills.

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and supportive approach to each child’s care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion & Flexibility: A genuine love for working with children, plus the adaptability to tailor your approach for each child’s unique needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, take initiative, and be open to feedback.
  • Growth Mindset: Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn new techniques (we provide extensive training).

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
