Role Overview

You'll ensure seamless operation of operating room technologies, providing valuable preventative maintenance, repair, and installation services. From OR integration and lights to warming cabinets and video systems, your expertise is critical in high-pressure environments.

Daily Responsibilities

Ever found yourself solving puzzles under pressure? This role demands just that.

• Consistently interact with customers to maintain satisfaction and swiftly handle concerns.
• Maintain and service surgical equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Conduct on-the-spot training and site visits to support equipment start-ups.
• Seamlessly integrate technology for efficient scheduling and reporting tasks.
• Actively communicate solutions and improvements directly to customers.
• Champion STERIS growth by recognizing new opportunities and recommending our products.

The Talent We Seek

Are you someone who thrives on technical challenges and customer interaction? The perfect candidate will possess:
- A technical field service background, ideally within healthcare.
- Proficiency with computers, networking, and video technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- A Bachelor's degree, OR medical device exposure, or a year in surgical equipment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
