About Us
SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for HR Manager (with focus on Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the talent acquisition process across the company, from drafting employer branding strategy (internal and external communication) to managing the recruitment process, candidate evaluation methods, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Choose recruitment partners, suggest and manage budgets, apply innovative recruitment methods and channels (including social media) to attract both internal and external candidates while achieving recruitment goals.
- Strategically plan talent needs (in collaboration with leadership team), build and maintain a talent network to meet future demands, analyze industry trends, and provide insights and solutions for talent acquisition.
- Understand business and market updates, manufacturing processes and company roles‘ responsibilities, collaborate with colleagues to clearly define candidate requirements and create effective profiles for recruitment efforts.
- Manage international assignments to and from USA within SBA group companies.
- Suggest and implement learning & development programs, competence & talent maps, training initiatives.
- Foster strong, expert-level relationships with the company’s employees (around 250 staff), managers, external institutions, and partners, providing consultations and solutions on HR processes and preparing necessary documentation. Represent the HR team on company boards and in cooperation with the workers’ council and unions.
- Foster and promote organizational values, strengthen corporate culture, implement engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, action plans, discussion sessions), improve working conditions, motivational systems, and manage strategic HR projects across the company.
- Continuously improve, standardize, and digitize HR processes in cooperation with the internal group’s competency and service center. Regularly analyze HR activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate insights and implement actions for improvement.
Skills and qualities :
- At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position (talent acquisition or HR management, preferably in a manufacturing company or group).
- A higher education degree (preferably in HR management or related fields).
- Practical knowledge of recruitment systems, methods, and channels like Workable, Unlock, LinkedIn, etc., as well as experience in employer branding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish language is an advantage).
- A proactive, responsible approach to work, a results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking that balances employee and business needs.
- The ability to work effectively with employees at various levels in a dynamic and flexible environment, manage change, and make confident decisions within your area of responsibility.
- Experience in direct team management and development (advantage).
