Provide legal guidance related to the production, underwriting, closing, servicing, asset management and special servicing operations for matters (i.e. the purchase of multifamily loans, including negotiation of contracts/commitments for the purchase of loans and the terms of loans documents, securitization of mortgages, loan workouts, etc.). Collaborate with legal teams to ensure consistency of legal advice and negotiating positions.
