Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial Engineer for P&CRO in New Castle, DE, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll lead the way to a low carbon future, contributing significantly to the sustainability of transportation systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Supply Chain, Production), define and implement industrial processes and documentation, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Always ensure Railway Safety and EHS standards are respected,
Understand and support the implementation of Alstom production standards related to Industrial Roadmap,
Lead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines, footprint,
Elaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts,
Elaborate the specification of requirements for the Industrial means and tools, in particular relating to Infrastructure, Tools and Capex,
Design the tool, or subcontract the tooling design activities,
Set up Bill of Material, Routings or Task list in the ERP, and ensure production work order generation,
Support Sourcing during supplier selection,
Analyze the need for tooling and propose the adequate solutions,
Validate the Operations tooling during First Article Inspection, including operating procedures, inspection and maintenance procedure, calibration requirement
