Job Description: As an Investment Analyst, you will support our investment team by conducting thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential real estate investments. You will evaluate investment opportunities, prepare detailed financial models, and assist in developing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate investments.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, property appraisals, and legal documents.
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles.
