Job Description

We are partnered with a Private Equity firm looking to bring on an Investment Analyst or Senior Analyst. The position is on-site with Fridays from home in Santa Monica. 

• Salary: $100-$125k

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the firm's investment team in evaluating and conducting due diligence on new opportunities, including building financial models and preparing investment memoranda.
• Oversee and maintain the firm's databases and investment pipeline
• Support the monitoring and analysis of the performance of existing investments.
• Contribute to expanding the firm’s partner network through outreach and relationship building
• Lead research projects and benchmarking analyses to inform investment strategies
• Develop marketing materials and presentations for investors

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 
• Private Equity, Transaction Services, Corporate Development, or Banking 
• Strong modeling experience 
• Understanding of valuations and transactions
