We are seeking a talented and motivated Investment Banking Associate to join a dynamic boutique investment bank specializing in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Washington, D.C. office.

About the Role:

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in deal execution, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to all aspects of the transaction process. You will gain exposure to a wide range of deals and have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that competes with top-tier firms in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support deal execution from start to finish, including financial analysis, due diligence, and client presentations.

Develop pitch decks, marketing materials, and detailed financial models.

Provide mentorship and guidance to Analysts on the team.

Conduct industry and market research to stay informed on key trends in the FIG sector.

Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to drive strategic decision-making and successful transaction outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience in the FIG sector, specifically within depositories.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for the financial services industry.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
