Job Description

ELITE LEADERSHIP COACHES ONLY: Transform Education's Future

At Alpha, we're not just reimagining education—we're rebuilding it from the ground up. We seek a visionary leadership coach who can transform high-potential Guides into educational revolutionaries. This is a rare opportunity to apply elite coaching expertise in a mission that matters: creating unprecedented opportunities for students across America.

As our Leadership Coach, you'll architect the systems that enable our learning facilitators to excel. You'll develop playbooks, feedback mechanisms, and coaching frameworks that ensure every student interaction drives meaningful growth. Your leadership will directly impact how we deliver on our promise of personalized, adaptive education.

This full-time, in-person role demands presence at one of our campuses. If you've consistently built high-performing teams, achieved the "impossible," and harbor a genuine passion for youth development, Alpha offers the platform to magnify your impact exponentially.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Elevate a team of Guides to deliver Alpha's learning system with uncompromising excellence and measurable results
  • Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, learning activity design, and challenge navigation
  • Implement structured feedback systems that drive continuous improvement in student engagement and achievement metrics
  • Directly mentor select student cohorts, demonstrating advanced coaching methodologies that become benchmarks for your Guide team

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your expertise focuses on exceptional facilitation training
  • Compromising on excellence – maintaining our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable
  • Conducting conventional training sessions – your development approach must be dynamic, experiential, and transformative

Leadership Coach Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead a team of Guides who consistently implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence, driving measurable improvements in student outcomes and establishing new benchmarks for educational achievement.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field not specified)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related disciplines
  • Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives with measurable results
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and motivating high-performance teams
  • Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental contexts
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis with the ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Commitment to work on-site at one of our campus locations (Texas: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth; Florida: Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Barbara, CA)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
